What Qualifies for Coverage?

Warranty is a commitment to address product defects arising as a consequence of manufacturing problems — such as defects in material and factory workmanship.

Important: Ford recommends scheduled maintenance for the vehicle. Failure to perform scheduled maintenance as specified in the interval will invalidate warranty coverage on parts affected by the lack of maintenance.

What's Covered Under Ford Warranty

Ford offers two types of warranty. Both are based on time or mileage

Normal Warranty

3 years · 100,000 km — whichever comes first

Most of the major components covered by warranty include the engine, transmission, driveline, air-conditioning system, and some significant electrical components.

During this period, items subject to frequent wear & tear Items are not covered, including all fluids and filters, the clutch system, brake system, suspension system, accessory drives, interior exterior trims, battery, paint, body defective, bulbs, tires, wipers blades, all hoses, all kind of seals and gaskets.

Limited Warranty (Wear & Tear Items)

3 years · 60,000 km — whichever comes first

Frequent wear & tear are only covered in limited warranty period.

The eligible components and the systems such as Suspension system, Accessory drives, Interior exterior trims, Battery, body defective, all hose, all kind of seals and gaskets, if defective found as manufacturing defectives.

Free Maintenance Service Included

Services and spare parts FOC (free of charge) provided by Ford Service Center for each vehicle. Each scheduled service includes oil, oil filter, air filter, and labor charges.

Note: Each service (except 1k inspection) includes oil, oil filter, air filter and labor charges. Any extra on top of the specified Ford maintenance service program will be paid by the customer.

Complimentary general vehicle inspection to ensure everything is operating within factory specification after break-in.
